In Sardinia, the ITALEA project is implemented by a nonprofit association called Cumbidu.

The term Cumbidu in Sardinian means “invitation to the table” and is a sign of a welcome that is still sacred to our people.

One cannot have a true experience of Sardinia without carrying with him or her this excitement of being welcomed as a homebody, filled with attention and care.
